SHIPPING
Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include 10% GST and exclude shipping.

SHIPPING RATES
Standard Shipping - $10.00
Free Shipping on orders over $200.00
For standard shipping, please allow 5-10 days delivery time.
You will be sent the tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
If your parcel arrives damaged please email hello@roundform.com.au within 48 hours and include photos and your order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note we do not deliver to parcel lockers or PO Boxes.
PRE ORDERS
If you order another in-stock item your entire order will not be shipped until the pre- order pieces arrive. Some exclusions apply.
Once your order has been confirmed, your order is then successful in our system, and cannot be shipped or combined with any other orders.
We are also unable to adjust or add items to an order once it has successfully processed.
RETURNS
At Round Form we take great care to ensure our products meet the highest quality
standards. Due to the fragile nature of our items, we have strict guidelines in
place for returns and exchanges.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully
before making a purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of
receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, if deemed faulty, provide a
resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns for faulty
items. Instead, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where
appropriate.
To process a claim, please provide:
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Clear photos or a video showing the fault or damage
Your contact details
Why We Cannot Accept Returns
Many of our products are fragile and may not withstand return shipping.
To prevent further damage and ensure a smooth resolution, we will assess all claims based on photographic/video evidence rather than requiring items to be returned.
Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted for:
Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
How to Lodge a Claim

the required details. We will then respond within with the next steps.
